Being careful of what one eats and by doing some physical exercise, including going for a morning stroll, could substantially reduce the risk of diabetes among both male and female. The chances of diabetes further grow if someone in the immediate family also suffers from the same ailment. A little change in the habit and lifestyle, the risk could be reduced substantially. Common symptoms of a person suffering from diabetes include frequent urination, excessive thirst, chronic pain in legs, and slow healing from wounds. "If someone is suffering from these symptoms, they should go for a comprehensive blood-sugar test."
